The invention discloses a height-adjustable front plate spring suspension structure. The structure comprises a frame longitudinal beam assembly, a steel plate spring assembly, a buffer block assembly and a shock absorber assembly. The buffer block assembly is arranged between the steel plate spring assembly and the frame longitudinal beam, a plate spring fixing support is arranged at one end of the steel plate spring assembly, and a cushion block is arranged between the plate spring fixing support and the bottom of the frame longitudinal beam. The buffer block assembly comprises a buffer block and a mounting base; a buffer block base is arranged below the buffer block, the buffer block base is arranged on the mounting base, the side edges of the mounting base and the buffer block base are connected in a penetrating mode through connecting bolts, clamping grooves are formed in the two side edges of the mounting base, and U-bolts are arranged in the clamping grooves in a sleeved mode; and the lower ends of the U-bolts are connected with the steel plate spring assembly. The problem that the height of a steel plate spring suspension cannot be adjusted can be effectively solved; meanwhile, the problem that a vehicle inclines leftwards and rightwards is solved under the condition that left and right plate springs are kept consistent, and the problem that a buffer block is difficult to disassemble and assemble can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种可调高度前板簧悬架结构,包括车架纵梁总成、钢板弹簧总成、缓冲块总成以及减震器总成。缓冲块总成设置在钢板弹簧总成和车架纵梁之间,钢板弹簧总成的一端设有板簧固定支架,板簧固定支架与车架纵梁的底部之间设有垫块。缓冲块总成包括缓冲块和安装底座,缓冲块的下方设有缓冲块底座,且缓冲块底座设置在安装底座上,安装底座和缓冲块底座的侧边通过连接螺栓贯穿连接,安装底座的两侧边均设有卡槽,卡槽内套设有骑马螺栓,骑马螺栓的下端将钢板弹簧总成连接。本发明可有效解决钢板弹簧悬架高度不可调问题,同时在保持左右板簧一致的情况下解决车辆左右歪斜问题,还能够解决缓冲块拆装困难的问题。
