The embodiment of the invention discloses a micro bionic flapping wing mechanism, relates to the bionic flapping wing design technology, and can give consideration to both light weight and lift forceoutput. The mechanism comprises a transmission gear, a motor, a connecting rod, a rocker and a fixing frame for fixing the motor and a transmission mechanism, wherein a hollow cup motor is installed on the fixing frame, a small gear installed on a motor shaft is meshed with a large gear of the transmission mechanism, each large gear is hinged to a connecting rod, and the other end of each connecting rod is connected with a rocker. The mechanism is advantaged in that the flapping wing achieved through the crank and rocker mechanism not only can meet the high frequency requirement of the flapping wing aircraft, but also can generate enough lifting force in the vertical direction. The invention is suitable for the lightweight ornithopter.
