The invention provides an aero-engine fault simulation system and simulation method, and the method comprises the steps of transmitting fault simulation data according to a fault type, and the fault simulation data comprises a fault removal condition, a fault output value and a fault output image; generating operation data according to the operation process of the test run personnel on the test run operation platform; integrating the operation data and the fault output value into analog data; judging whether the analog data meet the requirement of the troubleshooting condition or not, and if yes, displaying that troubleshooting succeeds. The invention discloses the aero-engine fault simulation system and method. Virtual reality fault simulation is carried out on the whole test run process;a simulation operation environment highly similar to a real operation room is provided for test run personnel, and real-time response can be made to physical operation of the test run personnel, so that the real operation training time is greatly reduced, a basis is provided for engine test run fault diagnosis and prediction, and risks and hidden dangers in the later engine test run process are reduced.

    本发明提供一种航空发动机故障模拟系统及模拟方法,根据故障类型发送故障仿真数据,所述故障仿真数据包括故障排除条件、故障输出值和故障输出图像;根据试车人员在试车操作平台上的操作过程生成操作数据;将所述操作数据与所述故障输出值整合为模拟数据;判断所述模拟数据是否达到所述故障排除条件的要求,若是则显示故障排除成功。上述航空发动机故障模拟系统和方法,对试车全过程进行虚拟现实故障仿真,为试车人员提供了与真实操纵间高度相似的仿真操作环境,并能对试车人员的实物操作做出实时的响应,从而大大降低真实操作实训时间,为发动机试车故障诊断和预测提供依据,降低后期发动机试车过程中的风险和隐患。
