The invention discloses a short control information transmission method for the Internet of Vehicles, and the method comprises the following steps: a vehicle control server generates short control information for controlling a vehicle, and transmits the short control information to a base station; the base station broadcasts system information to the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal; responding tothe received short control information, the base station judges the operation mode of the base station by the base station; if it is judged that the operation mode of the base station is the first operation mode, the base station sends a paging message to the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal; in response to the received paging message, the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal judges whether the paging message can be successfully decoded or not to obtain short control information; if it is judged that the paging message can be successfully decoded to obtain the short control information, the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal sends a preamble sequence in the first preamble sequence set to the base station by using the indicated PRACH resource; and if it is judged that the paging message cannot be decoded successfully, the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal does not send the lead code sequence in the first lead code sequence set to the base station.

    本发明公开了一种用于车联网的短控制信息传输方法,包括如下步骤:由车辆控制服务器生成用于控制车辆的短控制信息,并将短控制信息发送给基站;由基站向车载移动终端广播系统信息;响应于接收到短控制信息,由基站判断基站的运行模式;如果判断基站的运行模式为第一运行模式,则由基站向车载移动终端发送寻呼消息;响应于接收到寻呼消息,由车载移动终端判断能否成功解码寻呼消息以获得短控制信息;如果判断能够成功解码寻呼消息以获得短控制信息,则由车载移动终端使用所指示的PRACH资源向基站发送第一前导码序列集合中的前导码序列;如果判断不能够成功解码寻呼消息,则车载移动终端不向基站发送第一前导码序列集合中的前导码序列。
