The invention discloses a vehicle driving state short message transmission method based on the Internet of Vehicles, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting a vehicle driving state short message through a vehicle-mounted mobile terminal, and judging whether one PRACH resource set or two PRACH resource sets exist in system information or not; if the vehicle-mounted mobile terminaljudges that one PRACH resource set exists in the system information, enabling the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal to judge that the base station does not support the transmission of the short message;in response to the judgment that the base station does not support the transmission of the short message, enabling the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal to send a random access lead code to the base station on the PRACH resources indicated in the PRACH resources set; in response to the received random access preamble, enabling the base station to send a random access response to the vehicle-mountedmobile terminal; in response to receiving the random access response, enabling the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal to send scheduled information to the base station on the resources indicated by theuplink authorization; and in response to receiving the scheduled information, sending, by the base station, a contention resolution message to the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal.

    本发明公开了一种基于车联网的车辆行驶状态简短信息的传输方法,包括如下步骤:由车载移动终端收集车辆行驶状态简短信息,并判断系统信息中存在一个PRACH资源集合还是两个PRACH资源集合;如果车载移动终端判断系统信息中存在一个PRACH资源集合,则由车载移动终端判断基站不支持短消息的传输;响应于判断基站不支持短消息的传输,由车载移动终端在PRACH资源集合中指示的PRACH资源上向基站发送随机接入前导码;响应于接收到随机接入前导码,由基站向车载移动终端发送随机接入响应;响应于接收到随机接入响应,由车载移动终端在上行链路授权指示的资源上向基站发送被调度信息;响应于接收到被调度信息,由基站向车载移动终端发送争用解决消息。
