The invention discloses a sidewalk rail transit carrier facilitating rapid movement of pedestrians. The sidewalk rail transit carrier comprises a carrier main rod, a person carrying plate is fixedly connected to the carrier main rod, a rail internal space is formed in the lower side of the carrier main rod, two stepping hinges are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the personcarrying plate correspondingly, and the two stepping hinges are fixedly connected with two control pedals correspondingly. According to the sidewalk rail transit carrier, guide rails are divided intothe low-speed guide rails and the high-speed guide rails, the carrier starts to move on the low-speed guide rails so that the pedestrians can conveniently and directly land on the carrier, after thepedestrians land on the carrier, the purpose of changing to the high-speed rails is achieved through an interaction mechanism, therefore, the pedestrian passing efficiency of an area additionally provided with the sidewalk rail transit carrier is improved.
