According to the digital control scheme, a main control chip of a digital control loop is adopted, and a DSP is used for digital processing to generate corresponding control PWM waves; the frequency is matched through the software scheme; the digital control scheme directly processes sampledvoltage and current signals on the DSP, and PID control logic and closed-loop control are adopted; and the digital control scheme comprises a DSP circuit and a drive chip circuit. The DSP circuit comprises a current sampling sub-circuit, an operational amplifier sub-circuit and a chip U9. According to the invention, control circuits of a voltage loop and a current loop are reduced, deviation caused by accumulation of deviations of devices is reduced, the circuit is simplified, the control precision is higher, a better effect on output control and error control is achieved, the phenomenon of no-load initial starting overshoot of analog control is avoided, and the reliability is higher.
