The invention discloses a new energy power battery heat dissipation cooling mechanism, and relates to the technical field of power batteries. The protection mechanism comprises a protection box, a first buffer assembly, a supporting plate, a heat dissipation plate, a second buffer assembly, an inlet, a mounting cylinder, a draught fan and a dust cover; the first buffer assembly is arranged in theprotection box, and the supporting plate is arranged on the upper surface of the first buffer assembly; the protection mechanism, the battery body and the cooling device are arranged; a water pump isstarted to pump cooling liquid, and the cooling liquid is conveyed into the heat dissipation copper pipe through a first stretching pipe for cooling; air flows through the heat dissipation cavity to take away heat in the heat dissipation cavity; meanwhile, heat on the surfaces of a heat dissipation supporting rod and the heat dissipation copper pipe is taken away by air; the problem that a conventional power battery is poor in heat dissipation effect due to the fact that natural air cooling is adopted is solved; the heat dissipation effect of the device is further improved through cooperationof air cooling and water cooling; and the usability of the device is improved.

    本发明公开了新能源动力电池散热冷却机构,涉及动力电池技术领域。所述防护机构包括防护箱、第一缓冲组件、支撑板、散热板、第二缓冲组件、进行口、安装筒、风机和防尘罩,所述防护箱的内部设置有第一缓冲组件,所述第一缓冲组件的上表面设置有支撑板。通过设置防护机构、电池本体和冷却装置,启动水泵抽取冷却液通过第一拉伸管输送至散热铜管的内部进行冷却,空气流过散热腔道将散热腔道内部的热量带走,同时空气将散热支杆和散热铜管表面的热量带走,解决了常规的动力电池采用自然风冷散热效果差的问题,该装置风冷的同时配合水冷,进一步提高了该装置的散热效果,增加了该装置的使用性。
