The invention belongs to the technical field of battery heat dissipation, and particularly relates to a power battery heat dissipation device which comprises a shell, a temperature sensor, a controller and an upper cover, the upper cover is detachably mounted on the shell; a temperature sensor and a controller are mounted in the shell; the controller is used for controlling the device to operate automatically; a set of partition plates are arranged in the shell, and air outlet holes are formed in the periphery of the shell. The space between the partition plate and the side wall of the shell is used for placing power batteries, and the power batteries are arranged in a nine-grid shape; a heat dissipation groove is formed between every two adjacent partition plates. A group of heat dissipation pipes are distributed in the heat dissipation groove in a staggered manner; according to the invention, air generated in the running process of a vehicle is guided into the heat dissipation grooves in the shell, so that the interior of the shell is rapidly cooled, and meanwhile, circulating cooling liquid is introduced in cooperation with the heat dissipation pipes in the shell, so that circulating cooling is realized, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the power battery is greatly improved.

    本发明属于电池散热技术领域,具体的说是一种动力电池散热装置,包括壳体、温度传感器、控制器和上盖;所述上盖可拆卸的安装在壳体上;所述壳体内安装有温度传感器和控制器;所述控制器用于控制装置自动运行;所述壳体内部设有一组隔板,壳体四周设置有出气孔;所述隔板与壳体侧壁之间的空间用于放置动力电池,动力电池呈九宫状排列;相邻所述隔板之间设置有散热槽;所述散热槽内交错分布有一组散热管;本发明利用车辆行进过程中产生的风导入到壳体内部的散热槽内,从而对壳体内部进行快速降温,同时配合内部的散热管通入循环的冷却液,实现循环式降温,大大提高了动力电池的散热效率。
