The invention provides a parking management system based on end cloud. The parking management system comprises a license plate recognition all-in-one machine, a parking robot, a barrier gate and the cloud. The license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot are in the same local area network and are connected with the cloud through a network connection mode. The barrier gate isconnected with the license plate recognition all-in-one machine through an IO line. The license plate recognition all-in-one machine is used for collecting exit or entrance video images and conductinglicense plate recognition, if the vehicle is an authorized vehicle, the barrier gate is opened, otherwise, the barrier gate requests permission from the cloud side, the vehicle serves as a temporaryvehicle, vehicle recognition information is stored and uploaded to the cloud side, and the parking fee of the temporary vehicle is calculated, broadcasted and displayed through voice. The parking robot is used for extracting face features of a driver as a temporary license plate, storing vehicle recognition information, uploading the vehicle recognition information to the cloud, calculating the parking fee of a vehicle with the temporary license plate and performing voice broadcast and display. Compared with the prior art, parking management of vehicles with license plates and vehicles withoutlicense plates can be rapidly achieved.

    本发明提供了基于端云的停车管理系统,包括:车牌识别一体机、停车机器人、道闸、云端;其中,所述车牌识别一体机、所述停车机器人在同一个局域网中,通过网络连接方式与所述云端相连接;所述道闸通过IO线与所述车牌识别一体机相连接。车牌识别一体机用于采集出口或者入口视频图像,进行车牌识别,若为权限车辆,则道闸开启,否则向云端请求放行权限,将车辆作为临时车辆,存储车辆识别信息,并上传云端,计算临时车辆的停车费用并语音播报和显示;停车机器人用于提取驾驶员的人脸特征作为临时车牌,存储车辆识别信息,并上传云端,计算临时车牌车辆的停车费用并语音播报和显示。与现有技术相比,本发明能快速地实现有牌车和无牌车的停车管理。
