According to the invention, a user shares parking space information, the parking experience is evaluated, the user experience is improved, the level of social interaction is increased, and the accuracy and reliability of parking space detection are improved through the adoption of LiDAR, a high-resolution camera and a machine learning algorithm and through deep learning and fusion technologies.
