The invention discloses a brake disc. The brake disc comprises a mounting surface, a friction surface and a plurality of mounting through holes, wherein the through holes run through the mounting surface and the friction surface; the plurality of mounting through holes are distributed on the circumference of a distribution circle at intervals; the brake disc is characterized by further comprisingtwo annular grooves formed in the friction surface; the circle centers of the two annular grooves are as same as the circle center of the distribution circle; and the diameter of one annular groove islarger than that of the distribution circle; and the diameter of the other annular groove is less than that of the distribution circle. The invention further discloses a wheel of a rail vehicle. According to the brake disc, by forming the annular grooves in the friction surface of the brake disc, thermal stress deformation of the brake disc caused by friction heat of the brake disc in the brakingprocess can be effectively reduced so that the bolt load is reduced; in the case of reducing the bolt load, the number of fastening bolts for fixing the brake disc is reduced so that the mounting stability of the brake disc is also more reliable.

    本发明公开了一种制动盘,其包括安装面、摩擦面以及贯穿所述安装面和摩擦面的若干安装通孔,所述若干安装通孔间隔分布在一个分布圆的圆周上;其特征在于,所述制动盘还包括有位于所述摩擦面上的两道环形凹槽,两道所述环形凹槽与所述分布圆的圆心相同,且其中一道所述环形凹槽的直径大于所述分布圆的直径,另一道所述环形凹槽的直径小于所述分布圆的直径。本发明还公开了一种轨道车辆的车轮。本发明通过在制动盘的摩擦面上设置环形凹槽,可有效降低制动过程中制动盘摩擦生热引起的制动盘的热应力形变,从而降低螺栓载荷,在降低螺栓载荷的情况下,使得用来固定制动盘的紧固螺栓的数量得以减少,制动盘的安装稳定性也更为可靠。
