The invention discloses a deep-sea near-bottom long-arm swing type poly-metallic nodule mining system and method. The deep-sea near-bottom long-arm swing type poly-metallic nodule mining system includes a surface support ship, an underwater near-bottom mining platform, and a seabed collection system; the surface support ship is connected to the underwater near-bottom mining platform through a mainore lifting pipeline; the underwater near-bottom mining platform is connected to the seabed collection system through a long arm; and the seabed collection system includes a hinged suction head. Thedeep-sea near-bottom long-arm swing type poly-metallic nodule mining method is as follows: the underwater near-bottom mining platform sends high-pressure water to the seabed collection system througha long arm, drives the hinged suction head to rotate and stir seabed sediments to strip and suspend the ore from the sediments, and sucks and lifts the ore into the underwater near-bottom mining platform through the long arm; and the ore is then lifted to the surface support ship through the main ore lifting pipeline. The mining system disclosed by the invention drives the seabed collection systemto swing and collect ore through lowering the long arm by the underwater near-bottom mining platform, which has stronger adaptability, wider collection width and high mining efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种深海近底长臂摆动式多金属结核采矿系统及方法,采矿系统包括水面支持船舶、水下近底采矿平台、海底采集系统,水面支持船舶通过主扬矿管道与水下近底采矿平台连接,水下近底采矿平台通过长臂与海底采集系统连接;海底采集系统包括铰吸头;采矿方法为水下近底采矿平台通过长臂将高压水送到海底采集系统上驱动铰吸头旋转搅动海底沉积物使矿石从沉积物中剥离、悬浮,并通过长臂将矿石抽吸提升到水下近底采矿平台内,矿石再经过主扬矿管道提升至水面支持船舶上。本发明的采矿系统通过水下近底采矿平台下放长臂带动海底采集系统摆动采集矿石,适应性更强,采集宽度更宽,采矿效率高。
