The invention relates to a multi-metal nodule fluidization mining system which comprises a mining ship, an underwater fluidization collecting device, a fluidization relay bin, an underwater platform, a first fluidization conveying pipe, a second fluidization conveying pipe, a third fluidization conveying pipe and an automatic unhooking device. The automatic unhooking device comprises a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure; the underwater fluidization collecting device is communicated with the fluidization relay bin through the first fluidization conveying pipe; the fluidization relay bin communicates with one end of the second fluidization conveying pipe, and the other end of the second fluidization conveying pipe is provided with the first connecting structure. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the automatic unhooking device is arranged, so that the mining ship can be driven away from a dangerous sea area in time to complete the danger avoiding action when it is determined that the mining ship needs to be evacuated under the severe sea condition.
