The invention relates to grips of automatic equipment, in particular to a robot grip. The robot grip is characterized in that a pressing air cylinder and a reverse digging air cylinder are respectively arranged on a base, the output end of the pressing air cylinder is connected with a pressing plate, the output end of the reverse digging air cylinder is connected with a lifting block through a lifting guide rail sliding block, the lifting block is connected with a lifting plate, horizontal blocks and connecting rods are arranged on the two sides of the lifting block, the horizontal block on each side is slidably connected with the base, one end of the connecting rod on each side is hinged to the lifting block, the other end of the connecting rod on each side is hinged to the horizontal block on the same side, a lifting connecting plate is installed on the horizontal block on each side, a reverse digging finger is connected to the lifting connecting plate on each side in a sliding mode,and the two sides of the lifting plate are connected with the reverse digging fingers on the two sides respectively. According to the robot grip, an elastic finger sleeve on one side hooks a to-be-picked-up object and lifts the to-be-picked-up object upwards, the pressing plate on the other side presses the to-be-picked-up object, anti-overturning bending moment force is provided, and the to-be-picked-up object is carried stably; and the robot grip is high in automation degree, and the working efficiency and the working quality are improved.

    本发明涉及自动化设备的端拾器,具体地说是一种机器人端拾器,压紧气缸及反抠气缸分别安装在基座上,压紧气缸的输出端连接有压板,反抠气缸的输出端通过升降导轨滑块与升降块相连,升降块上连接有升降板;升降块的两侧均设有水平块及连杆,每侧的水平块分别与基座滑动连接,每侧连杆的一端铰接于升降块,另一端与同侧的水平块铰接;每侧水平块上均安装有升降连接板,每侧的升降连接板上均滑动连接有反抠手指,升降板的两侧分别与两侧的反抠手指相连。本发明实现了一侧弹性手指套钩住被端拾物品上提,另一侧压板压在被端拾物品上,提供了一个反倾覆弯矩的力,使被端拾物品搬运平稳;本发明自动化程度高,提高了工作效率及工作质量。
