The invention provides an electric ship water-cooling intelligent control system and a control method. The system comprises a circulating water-cooling unit for cooling a power motor and a power motorcontroller, a water pump, an information acquisition unit and a control module, wherein the circulating water-cooling unit includes a circulating water pipeline; the water pump drives cooling water in the circulating water pipeline to circulate; the information acquisition unit is used for detecting temperatures and running states of the power motor and the power motor controller; and the controlmodule is in communication connection with the power motor, the power motor controller, the water pump and the information acquisition unit. The main control module directly collects the temperaturesand the operation states of the power motor and the power motor controller and carries out intelligent control of work of the water pump according to the collected temperature and a preset temperature threshold value. Electric energy consumed in operation of the water pump can be reduced, an endurance mileage of a power battery is increased, and a service life is prolonged; back flushing of a cooling liquid can be effectively prevented, and a circulating water pipeline system is effectively protected; and meanwhile, after the power motor stops working, the power motor can be continuously cooled to be prevented from being damaged.
本发明提供一种电动船水冷智能控制系统和控制方法,包括对动力电机和动力电机控制器进行冷却的循环水冷单元,所述的循环水冷单元包括循环水管道;驱动循环水管道中的冷却水循环的水泵;检测动力电机、动力电机控制器的温度及运行状态的信息采集单元;与动力电机、动力电机控制器、水泵、信息采集单元通信连接的控制模块。主控模块直接采集动力电机和动力电机控制器的温度和运行状态,并根据采集的温度和预设的温度阈值进行水泵工作的智能控制。本发明能够减少水泵运行中消耗的电能,提高动力电池续航里程和使用寿命;且能够有效防止冷却液体反冲,有效保护循环水管道系统;同时能够在动力电机停止工作后继续对动力电机进行冷却防止动力电机损坏。
