The invention discloses a multifunctional ground unmanned vehicle with a lightweight driving chassis. The multifunctional ground unmanned vehicle comprises a chassis, a suspension assembly, a motor assembly, a tire assembly and a shock absorber assembly. The chassis comprises an upper bearing frame, side bearing frames, a middle bearing frame and a connecting frame. The upper bearing frame comprises an upper longitudinal beam and an upper cross beam, and a first connecting support is fixedly arranged on the side edge of the upper bearing frame. Side bearing frames are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the upper longitudinal beam correspondingly, and second connecting supports are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the side bearing frames. A lower mounting frame is fixedly arranged onthe side edge of the middle bearing frame; the connecting frame is fixedly arranged between the side bearing frames and the middle bearing frame and is fixedly connected with the upper bearing frame;the suspension assembly is mounted on the connecting frame; the motor assembly comprises a hub motor and a motor shaft, and the motor shaft is connected with the suspension assembly; the tire assembly is mounted on the hub motor; the upper end of the shock absorber assembly is connected with the chassis, and the lower end of the shock absorber assembly is connected to the suspension assembly. Themultifunctional ground unmanned vehicle has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and multiple functions.

    本发明公开了一种具有轻量化驱动底盘的多功能地面无人车辆,其包括底盘、悬架总成、电机总成、轮胎总成及减震器总成;底盘包括上承载架、侧承载架、中承载架及连接架;上承载架包括上纵梁和上横梁,上承载架的侧边固设有第一连接支架;上纵梁的两端分别固设有侧承载架,侧承载架的外侧固设有第二连接支架;中承载架的侧边固设有下安装架;连接架固设于侧承载架和中承载架之间,并与上承载架相固接;悬架总成安装于连接架上;电机总成包括轮毂电机和电机轴,电机轴与悬架总成相连接;轮胎总成安装于轮毂电机上;减震器总成的上端与底盘相连接、下端连接于悬架总成上。本发明具有结构简单、轻量化、多功能的优点。
