The invention discloses a movable heavy-load transfer robot device and system and a using method and relates to the technical field of subway tunnel transportation, thereby solving problems that existing equipment is low in automation degree, the consumed time is relatively long and the efficiency is relatively low and a large number of workers are required to cooperate with the manipulator on site to cause mechanical injury accidents, high safety risk, limited use area and the like easily. The movable heavy-load transfer robot device comprises a heavy-load carrying robot, a base and a platform lorry which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; and the upper surface of the base is fixedly connected with the heavy-load carrying robot. The base is movably connected with the platform lorry; the heavy-load carrying robot is provided with a magnetic gripper for attracting and grabbing a steel plate, a visual recognition system recognizes the position of a steel plate and judges the installation condition of the steel plate to reduce the number of manual monitoring, A leveling system enables the surface of the platform lorry and the installation surface of the robot to be always kept in a horizontal state, so that the heavy-load carrying robot is in the optimal working state.

    本发明公开了一种可移动式的重载搬运机器人装置、系统及使用方法,涉及地铁隧道运输技术领域,解决了现有的设备自动化程度低,导致耗时较长、效率较低,且现场需要大量人工在机械手配合容易出现机械伤人事故、安全风险大和使用区域受限等问题,其技术要点包括由上至下依次设置的重载搬运机器人、底座和平板车,所述底座上表面固定连接重载搬运机器人,所述底座活动连接平板车,所述重载搬运机器人配置有吸附并抓取钢板的磁力抓手,视觉识别系统识别钢板位置与判断钢板安装的情况来减少人工监测数目,调平系统使得平板车表面和机器人安装面始终可保持水平状态,让重载搬运机器人处于最佳工作状态。
