The invention discloses a suspension mounting structure with guiding, positioning and compensating functions. The mounting structure comprises a mounting beam and a motor suspension part. A matched mounting bracket is arranged on the mounting beam; the motor suspension part is mounted on the matched mounting bracket through a bolt. The mounting structure further comprises a positioning compensation support, the bolt is a guide positioning compensation bolt; the positioning compensation support and the matched mounting bracket are arranged side by side; through holes through which the bolt penetrates are formed in the positioning compensation support and the matched mounting bracket; the guide positioning compensation bolt is provided with a guide structure which can be conveniently inserted into the through hole, the guide positioning compensation bolt is provided with a positioning compensation section, the positioning compensation section matches the through hole in the positioning compensation support, and the outer diameter of the positioning compensation section is larger than those of other parts of the guide positioning compensation bolt. The guide structure ensures that thepenetration process is smoother, and clamping stagnation is avoided; tolerance accumulation generated from the motor end to the suspension end and then to the cross beam end in the front cabin assembling process can be absorbed.

    本发明公开了一种具有导向定位补偿功能的悬置安装结构,包括安装梁和电机悬置,所述安装梁上设有配合安装支架,电机悬置通过螺栓安装到配合安装支架上,还包括定位补偿支架,所述螺栓为导向定位补偿螺栓,所述定位补偿支架和配合安装支架并排设置,定位补偿支架和配合安装支架上均设有用于螺栓穿过的通孔,所述导向定位补偿螺栓上设有便于插入通孔的导向结构,并且导向定位补偿螺栓上设有定位补偿段,定位补偿段与定位补偿支架上的通孔配合,定位补偿段的外径大于导向定位补偿螺栓其它部分的外径。导向结构保证了穿入过程更顺利,不会出现卡滞;能够吸收前舱装配过程中从电机端到悬置端再到横梁端产生的公差累积。
