The invention discloses an aluminum alloy integrated electric drive assembly mounting frame and a low-pressure casting method thereof. An aluminum alloy material comprises, by weight: 8.3-9.7% of Si,0.8-1.5% of Cu, 0.25-0.65% of Mg, 0.15-0.55% of Mn, 0.10-0.20% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.2% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.15% of Zn, and the balance Al. The low-pressure casting method comprisesthe steps of A, smelting and refining the aluminum alloy material; B, preparing a die; C, carrying out low-pressure casting; and D, carrying out heat treatment and machining on a obtained casting. According to the aluminum alloy material, rare earth element RE does not need to be added, and the aluminum alloy material is subjected to the low-pressure casting through a metal casting mold, so thatthe tensile strength of the casting is greater than 335 MPa, the yield strength of the casting is greater than 305 MPa, the elongation of the casting is greater than 2.5%, the hardness of the castingis greater than HB118, and the mechanical property of the casting is excellent.

    本发明公开了一种铝合金集成式电驱动总成安装框架及其低压铸造方法,所用铝合金材料包括以下按重量百分数计的各成分:Si 8.3‑9.7%,Cu 0.8‑1.5%,Mg 0.25‑0.65%,Mn 0.15‑0.55%,Ti 0.10‑0.20%,Fe≤0.2%,Zn≤0.15%,其余为Al。其低压铸造方法,步骤为:A、将铝合金材料熔炼、精炼细化处理;B、模具准备,C、低压铸造,D、将所得铸件进行热处理、机加工。本发明的铝合金材料不需要添加稀土元素RE且通过金属铸型进行低压铸造,使本发明铸件的抗拉强度大于335MPa,屈服强度大于305MPa,延伸率大于2.5%,硬度大于HB118,力学性能优良。
