The invention relates to an extrusion casting method of an aluminum alloy auxiliary frame. The method sequentially comprises the steps of aluminum alloy smelting, extrusion mold preparation, aluminumalloy liquid extrusion, casting cooling and aluminum alloy auxiliary frame demolding. Extrusion equipment and an extrusion mold can be fully utilized, the product performance is ensured, an extrusioncasting process is adopted, process parameters are optimized, and a manufactured aluminum alloy auxiliary frame casting is compact and uniform in internal structure and fine in grain; high tensile strength, higher yield strength and balanced hardness are achieved; and the aluminum alloy auxiliary frame is lighter, low consumption of resources and energy is achieved, and economic benefits are promoted to be improved.
