The invention provides a rubber composition for a tire molding capsule and a molding capsule. The rubber composition is mainly prepared through refining by mixing the following components in parts byweight: 60-65 parts of natural rubber 3 #; 35 to 40 parts of butadiene rubber; 55 to 58 parts of super wear-resistant furnace black; 3 to 5 parts of white carbon black; 15 to 20 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil; 2 to 2.5 parts of stearic acid; 1.8 to 2.2 parts of sulfur; and 1.3 to 1.5 parts of an anti-aging agent. According to the rubber composition, through the adjustment and optimization of formula proportions of the raw rubber, the carbon black, vulcanization and anti-aging systems and the like, the single-formula rubber composition is attached to the two sides of LYCRA, the thickness ofthe rubber composition is reduced by half compared with that of original two-layer rubber compounds, and the tension of the rubber composition during bending is reduced. The molding capsule prepared from the rubber composition disclosed by the invention can better meet the optimal use conditions of capsules; during repeated flexing, heat generation is reduced, wear resistance, tear resistance andthe like are improved, and the service life of the formed capsule is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种用于轮胎成型胶囊的橡胶组合物及成型胶囊,该橡胶组合物主要由以下重量份的组分混炼制得:60~65份的天然橡胶3#;35~40份的顺丁橡胶;55~58份的超耐磨炉黑;3~5份的白炭黑;15~20份的芳烃油;2~2.5份的硬脂酸;1.8~2.2份的硫磺;1.3~1.5份的老防剂。本发明通过生胶、炭黑、硫化和老防体系等配方配比调整优化,将单个配方橡胶组合物在LYCRA两侧贴合,厚度比原来两层混炼胶减少一半,减少了弯曲时的张力。应用本发明该橡胶组合物制得成型胶囊,能更好地满足胶囊的最佳使用条件;其在反复屈挠中,降低了生热,改善了耐磨、耐撕裂等性能,提升了成型胶囊的使用寿命。
