The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire molding mold. More specifically, the present invention relates to the rubber composition for a tire molding mold, the composition which comprises: a raw material including a polyol, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and a filler (glass bubbles); and additives additionally added to the raw material, wherein the polyol, MDI and the filler are contained in the raw material at a weight ratio of 1:0.7-0.8:0.2-0.25, and a weight ratio of the raw material to the additive is 1:0.2-0.3. The rubber composition according to the present invention has an effect of increasing durability of rubber for molding by mixing soda lime borosilicate with the filler among main materials including the polyol, MDI and the filler, and has an effect of smoothly forming a surface of a tire mold finally produced by adding an antifoaming agent and a foaming inhibitor as the additives to the raw material, thereby suppressing foaming and swelling.

    본 발명은 타이어를 성형하는 몰드를 이루는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리올과 MDI(Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate)와 필러(Glass bubbles)로 이루어지는 원재료; 및 상기 원재료에 추가로 첨가되는 첨가제;로 이루어지며, 상기 원재료는 폴리올 대비 중량비율로 1: 0.7 ~ 0.8 : 0.2 ~ 0.25이고, 상기 원재료와 첨가제는 중량비율로 1 : 0.2 ~ 0.3으로 이루어지는 타이어 성형용 몰드 조성물로 폴리올과 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트(MDI : Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) 및 필러로 이루어진 주재중 필러에 소다 라임 보로실리케이트를 혼합하여 성형용 고무의 내구성을 높이고, 첨가제로 소포제와 발포억제제를 추가하여 기포 발생 및 부풀림을 억제하여 최종적으로 생산되는 타이어 몰드 표면을 매끄럽게 형성시켜 주는 효과를 가진다.
