The invention provides a method for calculating the load weight of a marine crane. The method comprises the following steps: in an unloaded state, a lifting hook of the marine crane is lifted to the air and kept still, and the tension of a steel wire rope is FK; the lifting hook is hung with a load, and the lifting operation variable is set as 1; a timer starts timing, a tension sensor circularlymeasures the tension of the steel wire rope at each whole second moment in each 7S, the gravity value G of each whole second is directly assigned to the tension F, the tension of the steel wire rope measured in each whole second is averaged, the weight GL of the load is calculated, and abnormal data in the weight GL are eliminated; if the measured tension F of the steel wire rope is within the range of the abnormal data, the F is assigned as 0; and if the measured tension of the steel wire rope is smaller than FK, the load is put down, and the lifting operation variable is reset as 0. According to the method, data of the tension sensor are periodically collected in a circular sampling mode, and the average value is updated and solved in real time; the measured value is compared with the average value in real time, and whether the measured value is abnormal data is judged; and if the measured value is abnormal data, the average value is corrected.
一种计算船用吊机负载重量的方法,在空载状态下,船用吊机吊钩起升到空中保持静止,钢丝绳拉力为FK;吊钩挂上负载,则置位起吊作业变量为1;计时器开始计时,拉力传感器循环测量每个7S内各整秒时刻的钢丝绳拉力,并将每个整秒的重力值G直接赋值给拉力F,对每个整秒测得的钢丝绳拉力求平均值,计算出负载的重量GL,消除其中的异常数据。若测得的钢丝绳拉力F在异常数据范围内,则将F赋值为0。若测得的钢丝绳拉力拉力小于FK时,则表示负载已经被放下,起吊作业变量复位为0。该方法通过循环采样的方式,周期性采集拉绳传感器的数据,并实时更新求出均值。测量值实时和均值进行对比,并判断出测量值是否为异常数据。如果是异常数据,则对均值进行修正处理。
