The invention discloses an electric vehicle ramp torque control method and system based on the Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises the steps that a VCU obtains positioning data of a current vehicle and judges whether the distance between the position where the VCU is located and the starting point of a ramp reaches a first preset threshold value or not, if yes, the positioning data is sentto an Internet of Vehicles server, the Internet of Vehicles server finds out the corresponding ramp, and uphill torque and a vehicle speed change record corresponding to the ramp are obtained and fedback to the VCU; the VCU acquires a speed limit value of the current road section, screens out a second historical vehicle of which the average speed is not higher than the speed limit value from theuphill vehicle speed change record, acquires an uphill torque change record of the second historical vehicle, and calculates a torque increase mean value from the ramp starting point to the vertex; the distance from the position of the current vehicle to the vertex of the ramp and the current vehicle speed is obtained, the driving time from the position to the vertex of the ramp is calculated, a target torque value corresponding to each time unit from the position to the vertex of the ramp is calculated, and the target torque value is sent to the MCU; and the MCU performs torque control on themotor according to the target torque value corresponding to each time unit.
一种基于车联网的电动汽车坡道扭矩控制方法及其系统,包括:VCU获取当前车辆的定位数据并判断所处的位置距离坡道起点的距离是否达到第一预设阈值,若是则将定位数据发送给车联网服务器并由其找出对应坡道,获取与坡道对应的上坡扭矩、车速变化记录并反馈给VCU;VCU获取当前路段限速值,从上坡车速变化记录中筛选出均速不高于限速值的第二历史车辆并获取其上坡扭矩变化记录,计算从坡道起点至顶点的扭矩增长均值;获取当前车辆所处的位置距离坡道顶点的距离及当前车速,计算从所处的位置距离坡道顶点的行驶时间,计算从所处位置距离坡道顶点的每一时间单位对应的目标扭矩值并将其发送给MCU;MCU依据每一时间单位所对应的目标扭矩值对电机进行扭矩控制。
