The embodiment of the invention discloses a new energy automobile suspension device. The device comprises a fixing sleeve connected to an axle in a sleeving mode, and a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame symmetrically connected to the side wall of the fixing sleeve. A fixed disc is mounted on the first connecting frame; and a damping cylinder of which the end part is connected with the second connecting frame is mounted on the surface of one side of the fixed disc. According to the equipment, a supporting column and a damping spring can be rapidly disassembled and assembled through the fixed disc; operation is simple and convenient, and the purpose of improving the working efficiency of workers can be achieved. Particularly, a rotary table is driven to rotate only by rotating a gear column; then a threaded table enables a clamping block to move through threads so as to clamp a supporting column clamping table; therefore, the purpose of fixing the supporting column isachieved; then if the supporting column needs to be disassembled, only the gear column needs to be rotated in the reverse direction, a pulling force from the side direction can be weakened through ananti-pulling column when the equipment is used, the friction degree of the damping spring is reduced, and the service life of the damping spring is longer.

    本发明实施例公开了一种新能源汽车悬架装置,包括套接在车轴上的固定套以及对称连接在固定套侧壁的第一连架和第二连架,在所述第一连架上安装固定盘,所述固定盘的一侧表面安装有端部与第二连架连接的减震筒,该设备可通过固定盘实现对支撑柱和减震弹簧的快速拆装,其操作简单方便,且可以达到提高工人工作效率的目的,其具体实施时,只用旋转齿轮柱使旋转台被带动进行自转操作,之后螺纹台通过螺纹使卡位块活动从而卡住支柱卡台,如此便实现了固定支撑柱的目的,之后若需要进行拆卸,只用反方向旋转齿轮柱即可,且设备在使用时还可通过防扯柱对来自侧方向的拉扯力进行减弱,从而实现降低减震弹簧的磨擦程度,以使减震弹簧的使用寿命更长。
