The invention relates to an electric control winch control system. The electric control winch control system comprises a PLC, a base, a motor, a speed reducer and a winding drum, wherein the motor, the speed reducer and the winding drum are arranged on the base, the winding drum comprises a winding drum body and two winding drum hubs arranged on the left side and the right side of the winding drumbody respectively, a steel wire rope is wound around the winding drum body, a main shaft of the motor is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer, the PLC is electrically connected with themotor, an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the winding drum, the control system further comprises a limiting mechanism which is arranged above the winding drum and is used for limiting the steel wire rope, a shaft sleeve type rotary encoder which is arranged on the output shaft of the speed reducer in a sleeving manner, a travel switch device which is arranged below the windingdrum and a high-precision electric lifting platform which is used for controlling the travel switch device to ascend and descend, and the shaft sleeve type rotary encoder, the travel switch device and the high-precision electric lifting platform are electrically connected with the PLC. The electric control winch control system can intelligently detect overlapping and knotting of the steel wire rope on the winding drum of a winch, timely control the winch to stop and prevent the steel wire rope from going out of the winding drum.

    本发明涉及一种电控卷扬机控制系统,包括PLC控制器、底座以及设在底座上的电机、减速器、卷筒,卷筒包括卷筒体和分别设在卷筒体左右两侧的两个卷筒毂,卷筒体上缠绕有钢丝绳,电机的主轴联接减速器的输入轴,PLC控制器与电机电连接,减速器的输出轴与卷筒联接,还包括设在卷筒上方用于对钢丝绳进行限位的限位机构、套设在减速器的输出轴上的轴套式旋转编码器、设在卷筒下方的行程开关装置和用于控制行程开关装置升降的高精度电动升降台;轴套式旋转编码器、行程开关装置和高精度电动升降台分别与PLC控制器电连接。本电控卷扬机控制系统能够智能检测卷扬机卷筒上钢丝绳发生重叠、打结,并及时控制卷扬机停机,以及防止钢丝绳越出卷筒。
