The invention relates to an electric control system for a mining winch. The electric control system comprises a frequency converter control loop, a motor speed sampling loop, a hardware safety loop, an electromagnetic valve control loop and a system communication loop, the frequency converter control loop is used for controlling the operation of the motor; the motor speed sampling loop is used for sampling the rotating speed of a motor through a rotary encoder mounted at the shaft end of the motor, and calculating the speed and the position of a traction weight in a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) so as to complete related protection of the system; the hardware safety circuit is a protection circuit formed by a hardware relay, and when a certain protection switch acts, a corresponding relay contact in the circuit is disconnected, so that the hardware safety circuit is cut off, and the system implements emergency braking; the electromagnetic valve is actually used for controlling a working brake and a safety brake of the hydraulic station, so that working braking and safety braking of the winch are achieved. The PLC and the frequency converter communicate with the touch screen, the operation state of the winch and the parameters of the motor are displayed on the touch screen in real time, and a driver can conveniently check faults.

    本发明涉及一种矿用绞车电控系统,包括变频器控制回路、电机速度采样回路、硬件安全回路、电磁阀控制回路及系统通讯回路;变频器控制回路用以实现对电机的运行控制;电机速度采样回路通过安装于电机轴端的旋转编码器采样电机转速,于PLC中计算出牵引重物的速度和位置,用以完成系统的相关保护;硬件安全回路是由硬件继电器形成的保护电路,当某个保护开关动作时,电路中相应的继电器触点断开,从而切断硬件安全回路,系统实施紧急制动;电磁阀的控制实际是为了实现对液压站工作闸及安全闸的控制,进而实现绞车的工作制动及安全制动;PLC、变频器与触摸屏通讯,将绞车运行状态及电机参数实时显示至触摸屏,便于司机排查故障。
