The invention relates to an overhauling device and method suitable for equipment in an underwater vehicle, and belongs to the field of underwater vehicle overhauling equipment. The device comprises amain frame, and the main frame is provided with a lifting platform used for fixing an underwater vehicle shell; platform guide rails are arranged on two sides of the lifting platform on the main framein a vertical movement direction; an in-cabin guide rail is arranged in the underwater vehicle; the in-cabin guide rail comprises an upper cabin guide rail and a lower cabin guide rail which can be separated from each other; when the lower cabin guide rail is butted with the upper surface of the platform guide rail, the upper cabin guide rail can move to the platform guide rail; and the upper cabin guide rail is used for fixing internal equipment of the underwater vehicle. Compared with a popular overhauling method, the overhauling device and method disclosed in the invention have advantagesthat an operation reserved space in the cabin is greatly reduced, maintenance difficulty is decreased, and maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本公开涉及一种适用于潜航器内设备的检修装置及方法,属于潜航器检修设备领域,该装置包括主框架,所述主框架上设有用于固定潜航器外壳的升降平台;在主框架上升降平台上下运动方向的两侧设有平台导轨;在潜航器内部设有舱内导轨;所述舱内导轨包括两个可相互分离的上舱导轨和下舱导轨;当下舱导轨与平台导轨的上表面相对接的时候,上舱导轨可移动到平台导轨;所述上舱导轨被用于固定潜航器内部设备。与流行的检修方法相比,本公开的检修装置及方法,大大减小了舱内作业预留空间,并且降低了检修难度,提升了检修效率。
