The invention discloses a vehicle tire overhauling device which comprises a support, a clamping rotating mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism. A driving rotating rod and a driven sleeve are arranged in the clamping rotating mechanism, threads are arranged on the surface part of the driving rotating rod, the driving rotating rod is in threaded connection with the driven sleeve, and the driving rotating rod rotates to drive the driven sleeve to perform horizontal displacement so as to drive the clamping rotating mechanism to clamp and fix tires with different diameters; after clamping is completed, the rotating rod is driven to drive the driven sleeve to rotate synchronously, then the tire is driven to rotate, an operator pulls the auxiliary mechanism to the inner side of the tire to observe and overhaul the portion, not easy to observe, of the inner side of the tire through light reflection of the auxiliary mechanism, the tire overhaul work efficiency can be effectively improved, and the large tire overhaul difficulty is reduced; and the safety risk faced by operators is reduced.
本发明公开了一种车辆轮胎检修装置,包括支架、夹持转动机构以及辅助机构;夹持转动机构内设置有驱动转杆和从动套,驱动转杆表面部分设有螺纹,驱动转杆与从动套螺纹连接,驱动转杆通过转动驱动从动套进行水平位移,进而带动夹持转动机构对不同直径大小的轮胎进行夹持固定,在完成夹持后驱动转杆带动从动套同步转动,进而带动轮胎进行转动,作业人员通过拉动辅助机构至轮胎内侧即可通过辅助机构的反光对轮胎内侧不易观察的部位进行观察检修,可有效提高轮胎检修工作效率,降低大型轮胎检修难度,减少作业人员面临的安全风险。
