The invention relates to a self-adaptive tensioning control system and a tensioning method. The self-adaptive tensioning control system comprises a tensioning device, a sensor, a working condition detection device, a tensioning database and a controller. The working condition detection device is connected with the tensioning database, and the tensioning device, the sensor and the tensioning database are all connected with the controller; the working condition detection device is used for detecting to obtain current working condition data, and the tensioning database is used for comparing the current working condition data with standard working condition data in the tensioning database so as to obtain an optimal tensioning force required by the current working condition; the sensor is matched with the controller to obtain the current tensioning force of the tensioning device; the controller compares the optimal tensioning force of the tensioning database with the current tensioning force to calculate a pressure difference; and the controller adjusts and controls the tensioning device according to the pressure difference so that the tensioning force of the tensioning device reaches an optimal control state. The system and the method can be used to efficiently, simply and conveniently complete self-adaptive tensioning of a crawler belt.

    本发明涉及一种自适应张紧控制系统和张紧方法。自适应张紧控制系统,其包括张紧装置、传感器、工况检测装置、张紧数据库和控制器;工况检测装置与张紧数据库连接,张紧装置、传感器和张紧数据库均与控制器连接;工况检测装置用于检测得到当前的工况数据,张紧数据库用于将上述当前工况数据与张紧数据库内的标准工况数据对比,从而获得当前工况所需的最优张紧力;传感器与控制器配合用于得到张紧装置的当前张紧力;控制器将张紧数据库的最优张紧力与当前张紧力比较,计算出压力差额;控制器根据压力差额的大小对张紧装置进行调节控制,从而使得张紧装置的张紧力达到最优的控制状态。其能够高效、简便地完成对履带自适应地张紧。
