The self-adaptive track tensioning device comprises a track tensioning cylinder and a sensor, and the track tensioning cylinder comprises a cylinder barrel, a floating piston, an ejector rod, an end cover, an air chamber sleeve and an inflation valve; one end of the cylinder barrel is fixedly connected with the air chamber sleeve, a floating piston is arranged in the end of the cylinder barrel, and a closed air chamber is formed between the floating piston and the air chamber sleeve; an inflation valve is arranged on the outer end face of the air chamber sleeve and used for communicating with the air chamber. The other end of the cylinder barrel is fixedly connected with an ejector rod, the ejector rod is sealed by an end cover, and an oil chamber is formed between the ejector rod and the floating piston; limiting steps are arranged in the middle of the cylinder barrel and matched with the end faces of the floating piston and the ejector rod correspondingly, and axial limiting of the floating piston and the ejector rod is achieved. A threaded hole is formed in the radial outer circle surface of the limiting step and connected with a hydraulic adjusting system; the sensor is used for monitoring the working pressure and/or temperature and/or working stroke of the track tensioning cylinder. Monitoring and automatic compensation of the state of the tensioning cylinder can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种自适应履带张紧装置,包括履带张紧缸和传感器,其中履带张紧缸包括缸筒、浮动活塞、顶杆、端盖、气室套及充气阀;缸筒一端与气室套固连,同时该端缸筒内设有浮动活塞,浮动活塞和气室套之间形成封闭气室;气室套外端面设有充气阀,用于与气室连通;缸筒另一端与顶杆固连,顶杆由端盖封装,顶杆和浮动活塞之间形成油室;缸筒中部设有限位台阶,分别与浮动活塞和顶杆的端面配合,实现浮动活塞和顶杆的轴向限位;限位台阶径向外圆面上设有螺纹孔连接液压调节系统;传感器用于监测履带张紧缸的工作压力和/或温度和/或工作行程。本发明能够实现张紧缸状态的监测和自动补偿。
