The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a charging request issued by a charging user side in a consortium blockchain, and determining a target charging pile according to the charging request; acquiring the user information of the charging user side and the charging pile information of the target charging pile from the consortium blockchain; and according to the user information and the charging pile information, generating charging permission information throughan intelligent contract, sending the charging permission information to the charging user side and the target charging pile, enabling a vehicle corresponding to the charging user side to activate thetarget charging pile to be charged through the charging permission information. Thus, the charging resources of private charging piles are fully utilized.
