The invention relates to a thick-wall composite structure stern shaft for the ship. The shaft comprises a metal shaft, one end of the metal shaft is connected with a first metal shaft head through a first carbon fiber composite shaft tube, and the other end of the metal shaft is connected with a second metal shaft head through a second carbon fiber composite shaft tube; the structure of the firstcarbon fiber composite shaft tube comprises a first shaft tube body, and first connecting areas are arranged at the two ends of the first shaft tube body respectively. The second carbon fiber composite shaft tube structurally comprises a second shaft tube body, and second connecting areas are arranged at the two ends of the second shaft tube body respectively. According to the invention, a hard-soft-hard-soft-hard structural vibration reduction design concept is adopted; a composite structure shaft structure form formed by combining a high-performance composite material and metal is used, theadvantages of high damping, high specific strength, high specific modulus, high material designability and mismatch with metal modulus of a high-performance carbon fiber composite material are applied, structural vibration reduction is facilitated, and the vibration reduction performance of the composite structure shaft is improved on the basis that the mechanical property requirement of the composite structure shaft is met.

    本发明涉及一种船用厚壁复合结构艉轴,包括金属轴,其一端通过第一碳纤维复合材料轴管与第一金属轴头连接,另一端通过第二碳纤维复合材料轴管与第二金属轴头连接;第一碳纤维复合材料轴管的结构包括第一轴管主体,其两端分别设有第一连接区;第二碳纤维复合材料轴管的结构包括第二轴管主体,其两端分别设有第二连接区。本发明采用了“硬‑软‑硬‑软‑硬”的结构减振设计理念,使用了“高性能复合材料+金属”组合而成的复合结构轴结构形式,应用高性能碳纤维复合材料的高阻尼、高比强度、高比模量、材料可设计性强、与金属模量失配有利于结构减振的优势,满足复合结构轴力学性能要求的基础上提高其减振性能。
