The invention relates to a high-temperature gas cooled reactor helium compressor isolation pressure maintaining overhaul method and device, and belongs to the technical field of reactor equipment sealing and overhaul. When a reactor runs normally, a spiral lifting overhaul device in the overhaul device is arranged in helium atmosphere at the upper part of a pressure vessel. When maintenance is needed, a helium compressor is lowered to a lower limit position through the overhaul device, a pressure maintaining overhaul isolation valve is closed, a loop pressure boundary is reconstructed, and a to-be-maintained part is isolated outside for overhaul; after overhauling is completed, the overhauled helium compressor is jacked through the spiral lifting overhaul device and abuts against the uppersealing face to achieve pretightening force, and sealing is achieved; the spiral lifting overhaul device is driven by a motor and a speed reducer and is lifted along guide rails which are uniformly distributed on the inner wall and have a self-locking function; and a jacket cooling system exchanges heat with the metal wall surface of the equipment, cools the environment in the equipment, maintains a local low-temperature helium environment, and prevents insulation overtemperature failure of a helium compressor stator winding and failure of a gear motor.

    本发明涉及一种高温气冷堆氦气压缩机隔离保压检修方法及其装置,属于反应堆设备密封、检修技术领域。反应堆正常运行时,该检修装置中的螺旋升降检修装置内置于压力容器上部的氦气气氛中。需要维修时,检修装置使氦气压缩机降至下限位置,保压检修隔离阀关闭,重新构建一回路压力边界,将待维修部件隔离在外进行检修;检修完成后通过螺旋升降检修装置将检修好的氦气压缩机顶升,与上部密封面顶紧达到预紧力实现密封;螺旋升降检修装置靠电机及减速器驱动,并沿内壁均布设置的带自锁功能的导轨升降;夹套冷却系统与设备金属壁面进行换热,对设备内环境冷却并维持局部低温氦气环境,防止氦气压缩机定子绕组绝缘超温失效及减速电机失效。
