The invention discloses a hood lock structure benefiting pedestrian protection. The hood lock structure comprises a first lock catch main body and a second lock catch main body, and an inserting slotis formed in the first lock catch main body; the second lock catch main body is connected with the bottom of the inserting slot of the first lock catch main body in an inserting mode, and the rear side of the first lock catch main body is provided with a tearing part; through formation of a weakening line and a tearing port in the first lock catch main body, the upper bending part of the first lock latch main body is connected with a hood inner plate, and buffering and energy absorption are achieved through tearing of a metal plate after a locating pin is cut out; the second lock catch main body is arranged in a T type, thereby facilitating connection with the first lock latch main body to avoid disengagement; the column part of the second lock latch main body is matched with a spring boltfor locking a hood; and the metal plate can be torn to slide in the inserting slot after the locating pin is cut out. According to the hood lock structure, the problems that the hood lock is prone todeform and a buffer (hole) space is small are solved, and the hood (shell) can be directly opened after impact, thereby facilitating maintenance; and the internal structure design of the locomotive hood lock latch can play a role in buffering and energy absorption.

    本发明公开了一种有利于行人保护的机罩锁结构,包括第一锁扣主体与第二锁扣主体,第一锁扣主体上开设有插槽,第二锁扣主体插接安装在第一锁扣主体的插槽底部,第一锁扣主体后侧设置有撕裂部;通过在第一锁扣主体开设弱化线与撕裂口,第一锁扣主体上部折弯部分与机罩内板连接,在定位销剪断后通过撕裂钣金来缓冲吸能;第二锁扣主体设置为T字型,便于与第一锁扣主体连接防止脱出,第二锁扣主体的柱体部分与锁舌配合锁住机罩,当定位销剪断后可撕裂钣金在插槽内滑动;本使用新型解决了机罩锁不易变形、缓冲(孔)空间小的问题,在撞击后(壳)可直接打开机罩以便维修,该机车机罩锁扣内部结构设计可起到缓冲吸收能量的作用。
