The invention discloses a satellite antenna hoisting device and a satellite antenna hoisting method. The satellite antenna hoisting device comprises a boom. The boom is used for being rotationally mounted on one, located on the upper portion, of a support head and a supporting steel pipe of a satellite antenna. The boom is provided with a corner bracket which stretches upward obliquely and is usedfor hoisting. According to the satellite antenna hoisting device, part of mechanisms of the to-be-hoisted satellite antenna are used and combined with the boom to be assembled into a simple crane, and the simple crane is used for hoisting other satellite antennas or other structures, such as satellite bodies, of the satellite antennas. After hoisting is completed, the boom, the support head and the supporting steel pipe are detached and then independently carried, and the support head and the supporting steel pipe are assembled on a satellite body again. The satellite antenna hoisting deviceis suitable for various wharfs and ships, and the satellite antenna is hoisted at low cost, low labor intensity and high efficiency.
