The invention provides a satellite air transportation packaging box hoisting and loading method and a hoisting tool. The method comprises a lever type hoisting method and a pulley type hoisting method. A lifting appliance of the lever type lifting method is composed of a lever type lifting appliance body and a packaging box annular lifting point installed on a packaging box. The lever type lifting appliance and the annular lifting point of the packaging box are in a hinge connection form; two airplane lifting hooks are respectively mounted on one lever type lifting appliance, and the distances from the two airplane lifting hooks to an annular lifting point of the packaging box are equal; a lifting appliance of the pulley type lifting method is composed of a flexible lifting belt, a pulley device and a pulley base installed on a packaging box. Each lifting appliance is provided with two airplane lifting hooks, and the center distance of the two ends of the flexible lifting belt is the same as the center distance of the two airplane lifting hooks connected with the flexible lifting belt. The lifting method and the matched lifting appliance have the beneficial effects that the problem of limitation of existing conditions can be effectively solved, the lifting and loading capacity of the airplane is improved, the four independent lifting hooks of the airplane can conduct lifting according to the preset load, and the lifting and loading capacity of the airplane is improved by 30% or above.

    本发明提供了一种卫星空运包装箱吊装装机方法及吊具,包括杠杆式吊装方法和滑轮式吊装方法;杠杆式吊装方法的吊具由杠杆式吊具和安装在包装箱上的包装箱环状吊点组成;杠杆式吊具和包装箱环状吊点为铰链连接形式;一个杠杆式吊具上分别安装两个飞机吊钩,两个飞机吊钩到包装箱环状吊点距离相等;滑轮式吊装方法的吊具由柔性吊带、滑轮装置和安装在包装箱上的滑轮座组成;每个吊具上分别安装两个飞机吊钩,柔性吊带两端中心距与相连接的两个飞机吊钩中心距相同。本发明有益效果:本发明涉及的吊装方法及配套吊具可有效解决现有条件的限制问题,扩大飞机吊装装载能力,使飞机独立的四个吊钩都能够分别按照预定载荷吊装,使飞机吊装装载能力提高30%以上。
