The invention discloses an intelligent positioning full-hydraulic steering gear stator and rotor and a powder metallurgy manufacturing process. The intelligent positioning full-hydraulic steering gearstator and rotor comprise an inner rotor and a stator, wherein the inner rotor is positioned in the stator and matched with the stator, concave teeth are arranged in the stator, outer convex teeth are arranged outside the inner rotor, the outer convex teeth and the inner concave teeth can be meshed with each other, the center of the inner rotor is provided with a central through hole matched witha shaft piece, an arc-shaped connecting surface protruding towards the center of the stator is arranged between every two adjacent concave teeth, an arc-shaped contact surface which protrudes towardsthe outer wall of the inner rotor and is matched with the arc-shaped connecting surface is arranged between every two adjacent outer convex teeth, an annular first lightening groove is formed in theside edge of each inner concave tooth, the inner side of each arc-shaped contact surface is provided with an annular second lightening groove close to the center through hole, the side edge of the stator is provided with an inductor and a controller, the controller is electrically connected with the inductor, and a generator capable of obtaining mechanical energy to carry out autonomous power generation when the rotor rotates is arranged in the inner rotor.     本发明公开了一种智能定位全液压转向器定转子及粉末冶金制造工艺,包括内转子和定子,内转子位于定子内并相互配合,定子内设有内凹齿,内转子外设有外凸齿,外凸齿与内凹齿能够相互啮合,在内转子的中心设有与轴件配合的中心通孔,相邻两个内凹齿之间设有向定子中心凸起的弧形连接面,在相邻两个外凸齿之间设有向内转子外壁凸起并与弧形连接面配合的弧形接触面,在每一个内凹齿的侧边均设有一个圆环形的第一减轻槽,在每一个弧形接触面的内侧均设有靠近中心通孔的圆环形的第二减轻槽,在定子侧边设有感应器以及控制器,的控制器与感应器电连接,在内转子内设有根据转子转动时能够获取机械能实行自主发电的发电器。本发明便于后期查阅。
