The invention relates to a motor-driven steering system based on a full-hydraulic steering gear. The motor-driven steering system based on the full-hydraulic steering gear comprises a storage battery, a signal input device, a controller, a speed reducer, the full-hydraulic steering gear, a hydraulic pump, steering oil cylinders and a steering four-bar linkage. A driver makes a steering instruction formed to control the rotation of a motor through operating the signal input device, which is generally an electric control handle or an electric control simulated steering wheel; after the rotation of the motor is slowed down and the torque of the motor is increased through the speed reducer connected with the motor, the full-hydraulic steering gear is driven; the hydraulic pump outputs a certain amount of hydraulic oil through the full-hydraulic steering gear; the oil is conveyed to the steering oil cylinders; piston rods of the steering oil cylinders are pushed to stretch and retract and steering arms connected with wheels are pulled so that the wheels deflect to realize left steering and right steering of a vehicle. As the oil in a full-hydraulic steering system and the current in electric transmission are not limited by directions during power transmission and a hydraulic hose, which is used for realizing oil motion, and a cable, which is used for realizing current motion, have relatively good flexibility, a steering operation part and the full-hydraulic steering gear can be placed in different positions of the vehicle in a relatively flexible way so as to realize remote operations or wireless operations of steering.
