The invention relates to the technical field of steering gears, in particular to a hydraulic steering gear which comprises a valve sleeve, an input shaft, an output shaft and a transmission device, the input shaft and the output shaft are both rotationally installed on the valve sleeve and connected through the transmission device, an oil inlet and an oil outlet are formed in the valve sleeve, and the oil inlet and the oil outlet are communicated through the transmission device. The oil inlet and the oil outlet are jointly connected with an oil supply device, and the position, located at the oil inlet, of the valve sleeve is connected with a heating device used for rapidly heating boosting oil and reducing the viscosity of the boosting oil. The heating device is arranged on the valve sleeve, temperature rise of power-assisted oil can be accelerated and the temperature rise rate of the power-assisted oil can be increased when a vehicle is started, the detection device is arranged on the mounting seat, and when the temperature of the power-assisted oil reaches a proper temperature, the temperature of the power-assisted oil is detected through the detection device and a driver is prompted, so that the driving safety is improved. Therefore, the problem that the steering gear is insensitive due to the fact that the automobile preheating time is insufficient and the viscosity of the boosting oil is still in a high state, and safety accidents are easily caused is solved.

    本发明涉及转向器技术领域,具体为一种液压转向器,包括阀套、输入轴、输出轴、传动装置,所述输入轴、输出轴均转动安装在阀套上,所述输入轴与输出轴通过传动装置连接,所述阀套上开设有进油口与出油口,所述进油口与出油口上共同连接有供油装置,所述阀套位于进油口处连接有用于使助力油快速升温降低助力油粘度的加热装置。本发明通过在阀套上设置加热装置,在车辆启动时可以加速助力油的温度升高,提高助力油的升温速率,且在安装座上设置检测装置,在助力油温度到达合适温度时,通过检测装置检测助力油温度并提示驾驶人员,从而避免因汽车预热时间不充足助力油粘度仍处于较高状态导致转向器不灵敏,从而容易引发安全事故的问题。
