The invention discloses an elevator car vertical displacement detection system. The elevator car vertical displacement detection system involves magnetic stripes distributed on the inner side of an elevator shaft and a main body arranged on an elevator car, wherein the main body comprises a magnetic sensor, an analog-digital converter and a processing chip, the processing chip is connected with the magnetic sensor and the analog-digital converter, and the magnetic sensor senses the magnetic stripes; and each magnetic stripe comprises a plurality of sections of N poles and S poles, the N polesand the S poles are alternately distributed, and the distances between the adjacent N poles on each magnetic stripe are the same. Position feedback of the elevator car is achieved through adopting thecooperation between the magnetic stripes which are distributed at equal intervals and the magnetic sensor and the principles of magnetic induction and incremental counting, so that an encoder and anelectromagnetic switch which are adopted by traditional elevator car positioning are omitted, realtime and accuracy are achieved, the precision is higher, the protection level is higher and the anti-pollution ability is higher; and compared with the principle of magnetic stripe coding, the magnetic stripes and related accessories are existing in the market, so that the overall cost is lower.

    本发明公开了电梯轿厢垂直位移检测系统,包括分布在电梯井道内侧的磁条,安装在电梯轿厢上的主体,所述主体包括磁传感器,模数转换器以及处理芯片,处理芯片分别与磁传感器和模数转换器相连,所述磁传感器与磁条感应,所述磁条包括多段N极和S极,N极和S极交替分布,磁条上相邻N极之间的距离相同。采用等间距分布的磁条和磁传感器的配合,磁感应、增量计数的原理,实现电梯轿厢的位置反馈,从而省去了传统电梯轿厢定位所采用的编码器和电磁开关,实时准确,精度更高,防护等级更高,抗污染能力更强,与磁条编码的原理相比,磁条及相关配件为市场现有,整体成本更低。
