The invention discloses a novel coupler buffer mechanism which comprises a buffer shell, a center rod and an end cover; a pressurizing rod is slidably sleeved with the end cover, and the end cover isconnected with the pressurizing rod through a rotary limiting mechanism; the rear end of the center rod is limited in a rod cavity of the pressurizing rod through a limiting assembly and slides in theaxial direction. The front end of the center rod penetrates out of the rod cavity and then is sequentially sleeved with a rear sliding plate, an elastic assembly and a front sliding plate to be connected with a fixing nut, and the elastic assembly is composed of partition plates and elastic bodies which are alternately arranged on the center rod in a sleeving mode in the axial direction; the rearend of the buffer shell is fixedly connected with the end cover, the rear sliding plate, the elastic assembly and the front sliding plate are all arranged in a buffer movable cavity formed between the buffer shell and the end cover in a sliding mode, and the fixing nut is arranged in a nut movable cavity formed in the bottom wall of the buffer movable cavity in a sliding mode. The novel coupler buffer mechanism has the advantage of bidirectional tension-compression, energy absorption can be achieved no matter whether the novel coupler buffer mechanism is compressed or stretched, and the energy absorption capacity is large.

    本发明公开了一种新型车钩缓冲机构,包括缓冲器外壳、中心杆和端盖,端盖可滑动地套装在加压杆上,且端盖与加压杆之间通过转动限位机构连接;中心杆的后端通过限位组件限制于加压杆的杆腔内并沿轴向滑动;中心杆的前端自杆腔穿出后依次套设有后滑板、弹性组件和前滑板后与固定螺母相连,其中弹性组件为沿着轴向交替套设于中心杆上的隔板和弹性体;上述的缓冲器外壳的后端与端盖固连,上述后滑板、弹性组件和前滑板均可滑动地设置于形成于缓冲器外壳与端盖之间的缓冲活动腔内,上述固定螺母可滑动地设置于形成于缓冲活动腔底壁上的螺母活动腔内。本发明具有双向拉压优点,不论是受压缩还是受拉伸,都能够实现吸能,吸能容量大。
