The invention discloses an intelligent identification system of a tower crane unsafe operation behavior and a working method thereof. The intelligent identification system of the tower crane unsafe operation behavior is mainly composed of a hoisting real-time response data collection module, a hoisting unsafe behavior intelligent identification module and an identification result visualization module. The data collection module realizes real-time collection of mechanical response data of the tower crane structure. The unsafe behavior identification module uses the collected data to identify the unsafe operation behavior, wherein the key lies in the construction of an intelligent identification model of the unsafe operation behavior; and a mapping relationship between the mechanical response data of the hoisting structure and the unsafe operation behavior is established through an intelligent learning algorithm. The hoisting identification result visualization module visually displays and warns the final identification results. The intelligent identification system and working method provided by the invention can accurately warn the unsafe operation behavior of the tower crane, andcorrect the violation from the root cause of the accident, thereby optimizing the on-site safety management process of the tower crane.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机不安全作业行为智能辨识系统及其工作方法。系统主要由吊装实时响应数据采集模块、吊装不安全行为智能辨识模块以及辨识结果可视化模块组成。所述数据采集模块实现塔式起重机结构体力学响应数据的实时采集。不安全行为辨识模块通过上述采集数据对不安全作业行为进行辨识,其中关键在于不安全作业行为智能辨识模型的构建,通过智能学习算法建立了吊装结构体力学响应数据与不安全作业行为的映射关系。吊装辨识结果可视化模块将最终辨识结果进行可视化显示及预警。本发明所提出的智能辨识系统与工作方法能够准确地预警塔式起重机的不安全作业行为,在事故发生的根源上进行违规矫正,从而优化塔式起重机现场安全管理过程。
