The system comprises a sling cart and a walkway, wherein the sling cart comprises a controller, wheels at the bottom and a recognizer located at the bottom; an acquisition port of the recognizer is arranged downwards; the walkway comprises two white lines and two-dimensional codes arranged on the edges of the white lines; and the recognizer collects information of the white lines and the two-dimensional codes and transmits the information to the controller, the controller controls a motion trailand starting and stopping of the sling cart according to the information collected by the recognizer, a platform is arranged at the upper part of the sling cart, and a camera for collecting images ofa loading area is arranged on the lower surface of the platform. By the adoption of the technical scheme, traveling, hoisting and loading operation of a fully-automatic wharf truck can be realized, manpower and material resources are saved, precision is high, and operation is timely and accurate.
