The invention relates to the technical field of transportation instruments and related systems thereof, and discloses a double-wheel independent suspension system. The system comprises a claw clampingplate, a lower swing arm, two upper swing arms and a balance pull rod, the lower portion of the claw clamping plate is penetratingly connected with one end of the lower swing arm through a bolt, theother end of the lower swing arm is penetratingly connected with the lower portion of the balance pull rod through a bolt, the upper swing arm clamps the top of the balance pull rod and is penetratingly connected with the balance pull rod through a bolt, and a damper body is arranged between the top of the claw clamping plate and the upper swing arm. The system is used between a trailer bearing part and an axle, the trailer and the tractor are kept in the same direction through the two connecting parts, automatic repairing of the driving angle is achieved through a flange plate and a verticalshaft, the requirement for the steering angle and the turning radius of the trailer is greatly lowered through 360-DEG automatic rotation of the wheels, swinging in all directions in the driving process is filtered through the damper, the upper swing arm, the balance pull rod and a rubber sleeve, and the driving quality and the safety coefficient are improved.

    本发明涉及运输器械及其相关系统的技术领域,公开了一种双轮独立悬挂系统,包括羊角夹板、下摆臂、两个上摆臂和平衡拉杆,羊角夹板下部与下摆臂一端部通过螺栓贯穿连接,下摆臂另一端部与平衡拉杆下部通过螺栓贯穿连接,上摆臂夹持所述平衡拉杆顶部并通过螺栓贯穿连接,羊角夹板顶部与上摆臂之间设有减震器主体;本发明用于拖车承载部与车轴之间,通过两个连接部实现拖车与牵引车保持方向统一的同时,利用法兰盘与立轴实现行驶角度的自动修复,车轮的360度的自动旋转大大降低拖车转向角度与转弯半径的要求,通过减震器、上摆臂与平衡拉杆、胶套过滤行驶中的各个方向的摆动,提高行驶品质和安全系数。
