The invention relates to a wave energy and solar energy combined power supply buoy and a power supply method. A meteorological supporting frame is installed at the top of a buoy body, a meteorologicalplatform and a solar panel are installed on the meteorological supporting frame, underwater supporting legs are installed at the bottom of the buoy body, and anchor chains are connected to the bottoms of the underwater supporting legs; a water level well is arranged on the buoy body; a permanent magnet forming a magnetic field is installed on the inner wall of the water level well, a floating ball is placed in the water level well and comprises a floating ball body and a coil, the coil is installed in the floating ball body, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the coil penetrate out of the floating ball body and are connected with a storage battery module installed on the buoy body, and the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the solar panel are connected with the storage battery module. The buoy has two power supply modes of solar power supply and wave energy power supply, and can supply power to the storage battery module no matter in the weather with sufficient sunlight and small waves or in the continuous rainy weather. An energy source for the whole buoy observation system is provided, and safe and stable operation of the buoy is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种波浪能太阳能组合供电浮标及供电方法,浮标体顶部安装有气象支撑架,气象支撑架上分别安装有气象平台和太阳能板,浮标体的底部安装有水下支撑腿,水下支撑腿的底部连接有锚链;浮标体上设有水位井,水位井内壁上安装有形成磁场的永磁体,水位井内放置有浮球,浮球包括浮球体及线圈,线圈安装于浮球体内,线圈的正极及负极分别由浮球体穿出、并与安装在浮标体上的蓄电池模块相连,太阳能板的正、负极分别与蓄电池模块相连。本发明具有太阳能供电与波浪能供电两种供电方式,无论是阳光充足但波浪较小的天气,还是遇到持续阴雨天气,都可以为蓄电池模块供电,为整套浮标观测系统提供能量来源,保证浮标的安全稳定运行。
