The invention discloses a multifunctional buoy for combined power generation of solar energy, wave energy and vortex-induced vibration energy. A signal transceiving device comprises a transceiving antenna and an information processing terminal, wherein the transceiving antenna is used for sending and receiving data; the information processing terminal is used for processing the data; and the transceiving antenna and the information processing terminal are located at the top of the buoy. A solar power generation device adopts solar cell panels which are respectively arranged in four directions.A wave energy power generation device is connected with the buoy through a connecting device. A vortex-induced vibration power generation device is fixed to the bottom of the buoy through A flow direction capturing device. the flow direction capturing device can ensure that the vortex-induced vibrator of the vortex-induced vibration power generation device is parallel to the flow direction, and therefore the purpose of utilizing vortex-induced vibration energy to the maximum degree is achieved. The buoy can adapt to various weather conditions such as cloudy and rainy days and stormy waves, and long-term stable work of the buoy is guaranteed. The optimal design of the attack angle of the wave energy vibrator can improve the utilization efficiency of wave energy to the maximum extent.
