The invention aims to provide an electric vehicle loop interlocking circuit and a diagnosis method thereof, which are used for quickly locking a fault point in an electric vehicle loop interlocking protection circuit so as to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the maintenance efficiency. The electric vehicle loop interlocking circuit is composed of an interlocking signal sending module, an interlocking signal receiving module, a plurality of interlocking switches used for detecting the state of a high-voltage component, and connecting resistors corresponding to the interlocking switches in number. The corresponding interlocking switches and the connecting resistors are connected in series to form branches, all the branches are connected in parallel to form a parallel circuit, one endof the parallel circuit is connected with the interlocking signal sending module, and the other end of the parallel circuit is connected with the interlocking signal receiving module; and the resistance values of the connecting resistors on the branches are different. According to the interlocking circuit and the diagnosis method thereof, the fault position can be quickly and accurately locked, maintenance personnel can conveniently check faults, after-sales cost is effectively reduced, and safety risks are avoided.

    本发明的目的是提出一种电动汽车环路互锁电路及其诊断方法,用于快速锁定电动汽车环路互锁保护电路中的故障点,从而减少维修成本,提高维修效率。本发明的电动汽车环路互锁电路由互锁信号发出模块、互锁信号接收模块、若干用于检测高压部件状态的互锁开关、与互锁开关数量相对应的连接电阻组成,对应的互锁开关及连接电阻串联形成支路,所有支路并联起来形成并联电路,所述并联电路的一端与互锁信号发出模块相连,另一端与互锁信号接收模块相连;各个支路上的连接电阻的阻值不同。本发明的互锁电路及其诊断方法可以快速准确地锁定故障位置,方便维修人员排查故障,有效减少售后成本,规避安全风险。
