The invention discloses an energy absorption anti-collision device of a high-speed maglev train and relates to the technical field of maglev trains. The device comprises a front cross beam, wherein amiddle part of a side wall of the front cross beam is fixedly connected with a waved plate, a plurality of second fracture induction grooves are formed on a surface of the waved plate, fixing frames are fixedly connected with two ends of an upper line of the front cross beam, first high-pressure steel pipes are fixedly connected with ends, away from the front cross beam, of the fixing frames, andfirst piston cylinders are slidably connected with surfaces of the first high-pressure steel pipes. The device is advantaged in that a first piston is matched with a first piston cylinder, a first high-pressure steel pipe and a fixing frame so that the crumple direction of the front cross beam can be limited, and a second high-pressure steel pipe is matched to drive a fixing plate to move linearlyalong an inner wall of the second piston cylinder and extrude an energy absorption box so that the energy absorption box stably absorbs energy and collapses, the situation that the front cross beam deviates to cause vehicle climbing when being collided is avoided, and a purpose of avoiding the vehicle climbing phenomenon is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种高速磁浮列车吸能防撞装置,具体涉及磁浮列车技术领域,包括前横梁,所述前横梁侧壁的中部固定连接有波浪板,所述波浪板的表面开设有多个第二断裂诱导槽,所述前横梁的上线两端均固定连接有固定架,所述固定架远离前横梁的一端固定连接有第一高压钢管,所述第一高压钢管的表面滑动连接有第一活塞缸。本发明通过第一活塞配合第一活塞缸、第一高压钢管以及固定架可对前横梁的溃缩方向进行限定,配合第二高压钢管沿第二活塞缸的内壁带动固定板呈直线运动并挤压吸能盒,从而使得吸能盒平稳的发生吸能溃缩,使得前横梁在被碰撞时不会发生偏移而造成爬车的情况,从而实现避免了爬车现象的发生的目的。
